Sun Rocks is a family oriented park surrounded by mountains in a very natural setting. The facilities are very well kept, clean restrooms, all of the amenities, and a very friendly staff. The heated pool and spa are operational from May to September. Just five minutes to the Prineville Reservoir for fishing, boating, and watersports. Day trips to the Smith Rocks, Stein's Pillar, John Day Fossil Beds, The Painted Hills, High Desert Museum, Lava River Cave, Obsidian Glass Flow, and many other lakes and rivers.We are open all year and specialize in groups, clubs, and family reunion groups requiring rv space, tent space, and cabin rentals to accomodate their families. We also have a clubhouse for the use of our groups which will accomodate 50 persons. |
