I called Bandon by the Sea in March 2012 to make reservations for 11 days in September 2012 .Rose gave me a confirmation number.
I called in July to see witch site I was assigned and was told I was not on the books.I provided my confirmation number and she said they have an rv group in at that time and they had no openings.I think it is a poor way to do busniness. I thought that having a confirmation number meant that it was a done deal. Rose must have another way of thinking. If they had a minus rating for customer service , that's what they would get.
