Five stars for the area! Stay at the "RV Park" across the road from their "Primiative" & dusty campgrounds with the over used Hot Springs (next to the river). Extremely close to the Gila Cliff Dwellings,(apx 4miles)which should be considered a must-see. **WARNING**: do *not* come in via highway 15 if in anything longer than a pickup with camper (small 1 lane road).
Take hwy 35 even if it is out of your way...trust me. We camped here in a Motorhome. Lake Roberts is on hwy 35 and is a beautiful little lake.
Clean restrooms!, seperate rooms with their own shower/sink/toilet.
Single lane RV park with full hook up, table and shade trees. They have their own (very Hot, Hot, Hot) hot springs spa available. Also cabin.
Great camp hosts!
