My wife and I stayed here a couple of years ago and were blown away by the way each campsite was literally carved into the undergrowth (which is thick). Old growth trees all around and some really cool trails that lead straight from the campground to the beach. Tahkenitch Lake is right across the road and offers some great trout, bass, and panfish action. I actually caught one of the largest rainbows of my career on that lake!
Only drawback is that it does rain there (it is the Oregon Coast after all) and one night I woke up sleeping in a puddle in my tent.
