We have stayed at Garfield Bay Campground twice now this year and both times we have taken friends that have never been there before. Our first complaint is that the outhouses are NOT maintained, emptied, or cleaned and campers have started going outside behind the units to go to the bathroom. The stench of the units are so offensive that very few people will use them anymore.

The other problem is the small children of the camp hosts, Lacey and Anna. They are always out in the road and people have to stop for them! The worst one is a very young little boy on a bicycle. I hope someone can make them keep a closer eye on their kids so that none of them get hit!!

Those two things aside, I have to tell you that it is a beautiful place convienently located to the lake and the little community.
