I've stayed at this park in the past. but this time I had to cancel my reservation. I canceled by calling them 3 day before my reservation.(they have a 24 hour rule). When I got my bank card bill, I found out they charge me for one night. When I contacted them about it, they said they had no record of me calling them. I sent them a copy of my cell phone bill, which showed when I called them, but still no refund.
