This park is not a place to live, So many problems and the landlord has no desire to care about the residents. Rv's are placed by the permanent residents that owm homes. In the winter months snowbirds are noisy all night and day, while homeowners have no peace. Old homes that are run down have no been sold to the Canadians to live in for six months of the year. The rent keeps going up and there is no repairs. Pool is always dirty, Garbage cans overflowed with garbage. Major drug problems & thief. No secuity,
