About: Visitors to Middle Fork's Bucktail Camp and Turkey Trot Camp should expect very primitive camping. Both camps are designated hunter's camps which means they are only maintained during hunting season.

Directions: To the Turkey Trot Camp, travel northeast on Louisiana Hwy 9 to Forest Road 940 and turn left (northwest). Go north onto Forest Road 910 and Turkey Trot will be on the east side of the road.
