About: The Middle Fork Unit of the Caney Ranger District has only two designated recreation facilities. Both are designated hunter's camps and are opened year-around but only maintained for the hunting season.
Directions: To Bucktail Camp, travel north on Louisiana Hwy 520 and turn east onto Forest Road 913. Bucktail Camp will be on the south side of the road.
