Directions: To North Shore Boat Launch/day-use area: From Homer, Louisiana take Louisiana Hwy 9 north 19 miles to Forest Road 902 and turn right. Travel 3.2 miles to the boat launch loop. Caution, FR 902 is not paved and is not recommended for use by motor homes, travel trailers, or vehicles not equipped to be used on a bumpy gravel road.
