Sourdough Lookout is nominated to the National Register of Historic Buildings. Trailhead for Driveway Extension Trail #881 to Lost Lake is 0.8 miles east on Santiam-Sourdough Road. Campground includes four camp pads, one toilet, three pole corrals for stock, one metal fire ring, three hitching rails, and two meat poles.
