About: This is the place for rest and relaxation just ½ mile off Interstate 45, (exit 94 from the north, exit 92 from the south) and 40 miles north of downtown Houston. Our convenient country setting makes this a favorite destination for those visiting the Houston or Lake Conroe area.
Our guests can enjoy the large covered pavilion that sits beside our 2 acre fishing pond. For the outdoor enthusiasts, you can take a ride in the paddle boats or take a walk on the nature trail that winds around the pond and thru the wooded area of the park.

Directions:
North Directions: Driving south on I-45 to FM 830 exit 92. Turn right at the stop sign. Drive 2 miles on FM 830 to Old Montgomery Road. Turn right and we are 1.1 mile on the left.
South Directions: Driving north on I-45 from Houston, continue north for 3 miles past Conroe to FM 830 exit 92 (Seven Coves Road). Turn left at stop sign. Drive 2 miles on FM 830 to Old Montgomery Road. Turn right and we are 1.1 mile on the left.
