About: First Colony Mobile Home & RV Park is a friendly, active adult RV park conveniently located in South Texas in the heart of the Rio Grande Valley, in San Benito. We're open year round and located near a multitude of area attractions. Our proximity to the Gulf of Mexico - while still being close enough to the convenience of cities - makes our park location unique.
Directions: Heading South from Harlingen on Expwy 77/83: Take the Paso Real (FM509/Helen Moore Rd) exit onto the frontage road. At the stoplight turn right. Head West for a 1/2 mile to Barber Road. You will see our sigh on the left side of the road as you approach Barber Rd. Turn left and continue around the bend and turn left again onto Turner Rd(St.). The First Colony entrance is just before the next stop sign.
