From Sierraville: Drive 11 miles south on Hwy 89 to Little Truckee Summit. Turn right on Forest Road 7 and continue toward East Meadow Campground. Follow signs down Forest Road 70 to campground (1.3 miles).
From Truckee: Drive 17 miles north on Hwy 89 to Little Truckee Summit. Turn left on Forest Road 7 and continue toward East Meadow Campground. Follow signs down Forest Road 80 to campground (1.3 miles).
