About: Patrick Creek Campground has a special charm, with its steps, rock walls, restrooms, and sunken campfire circle built in the 1930s by the Civilian Conservation Corps. The campground, nestled among tall Douglas-firs, is next to the confluence of Patrick Creek and the Middle Fork of Smith River. Patrick Creek Campground has 13 campsites, some barrier free. Maximum trailer length - 35 '. Patrick Creek Picnic Area is a no fee, day-use area only with good river access. The Patrick Creek Trail offers barrier free fishing with wheel chair access right down to the Smith River shore.

Directions:
In northwestern CA. on US Highway 199, 26 miles east of Crescent City, CA, and 60 miles west of Grants Pass, Oregon.

From Highway 101 north of Crescent City, CA, take Highway 199 east for 22 miles to the campground.

From Highway I-5, drive west from Grants Pass, Oregon on Highway 199.
