About: Located adjacent to Dinkey Creek. Picnic site is located on large sandy flat above the creek at the north end of the campground. Good shade provide from cedar and pine trees.

Directions: Take Hwy 168 east from Clovis towards Prather. Continue through Prather to Shaver Lake. Just before you reach Shaver Lake turn right on the Dinkey Creek Road. Travel 11.7 miles east to the Intersection of the Dinkey Creek Road and the McKinley Grove Road. Continue north on the Dinkey Creek Road for 0.3 of a mile to the Campground.
