About: Shady campsites and a creek running along side make Lower Rush Creek Campground a great getaway destination. Vehicles pulling trailers up to 22 feet should stop here and not continue on to Upper Rush Creek.

Restrictions: Dogs on leash only. Please clean up after your dog. Camping limit 14 days.

Restrooms: Vault Toilets

Directions: From Adin travel north on Hwy139/299 7.6 miles to County Road 198. Turn right on County Road 198 and go .1 mile to Rush Creek Dr/Lower Rush Creek Road. Turn left and continue on .5 miles to Lower Rush Creek Campground.

A hidden gem

This is an absolutely beautiful little campground in an out-of-the-way spot. Rush creek divides the campground into drive-in and walk-in sites. Several types of pines, cedars, and deciduous trees make the flora here quite unique among high desert camps.
