About: Ice House Campground is surrounded by a mixed coniferous forest on the shore of Ice House Reservoir. It is about 12 miles from Riverton, CA at an elevation of 5,500 feet. Popular activities include hiking, biking and fishing. The boat ramp makes this a popular place to enjoy water activities like boating and water and jet skiing in the cool clear water of the reservoir.

Directions: Highway 50 east of Placerville for 21 miles to Icehouse Road turnoff. Left for 11 miles north to campground turnoff. One mile to campground.
