About: Swift Creek Campground (formerly Baker Lake Resort) is located about halfway up on Baker Lake across the road from Park Creek. The cabins are no longer there, but the area has been upgraded with about 50 private campsites that accommodate either tents or RVs. The campground includes a day-use area by the lakeshore with picnic tables and grills, a boat ramp and dock.

Restrictions: Rules and regulations governing occupancy and use in national forest developed recreation sites are enforced. A day-use/boat ramp fee is charged if you are not camping overnight.

Directions: From Seattle, Wash., go north on I-5 to Mt. Vernon. Take exit 230 on State Highway 20, North Cascades Highway. Go past Sedro Woolley, Wash., for approximately 18 miles to the east and take Baker Lake Road to Baker Lake. Swift Creek Campground is about half-way up the lake just past milepost 20 on the Baker Lake road. Entrance to campground is on the right-hand side of the road.
