About: A very popular campground with a loop and a tent-only spur, close to the shore of the lake. Campground also includes ten walk-in sites. The views across the lake of Mt. Adams are outstanding. At least four miles of gravel road to campground.

Directions: Take exit #68 off of I-5 and go east on US Highway 12 to Randle, Washington; turn south onto State Highway 131 and proceed 1 mile, stay left at the Y and take FR23 for about 30 miles, hard left on 2329, follow 2329 about 4 miles to Takhlakh Lake; do not go straight where 2329 junctions with 5601.
