About: The campground, among spruce trees, is adjacent to the fast-moving Conejos River with some sites overlooking the river. There are 15 sites; the water supply is a hand pump and the restroom is a vault type. There is fishing available in the river.

Directions: From Antonito, CO, take US 285 south 0.3 miles to Hwy 17. Continue straight on Hwy 17 and go 21.9 miles to Platoro sign (Forest Rd. 250). At sign, turn right onto Rd. 250 (dirt) and go 6.6 miles to campground sign. Turn left at sign into campground.
