About: This campground is located near Sand Lake and Deep Creek. The elevation is just over 10,000 feet making the summer season cool and the autumn short. Facilities include: 12 small campsites, one RV pull through, picnic tables, toilets, drinking water, fire rings, and trash cans. There is a 14 day stay limit. Two popular trailheads are adjacent to the campground that access the Rock Creek and Sheep Lake Trails. The nearby Crater Lake Trail provides a short hike to a beautiful lake in a forested setting. There is fishing at Deep Creek and Sand Lake. Non-motorized boating is allowed on Sand Lake. There is no boat launching facility (boats must be carried a short distance to the lake).

Directions: From Saratoga,take WY 130 east 20.1 miles to North Brush Creek Rd./ Forest Route 100. Turn left and go 20 miles to “Y” intersection with FR 101. Turn right onto FR 101 and go 9.8 miles to campground.
