About: Pioneer Park Campground is located in district 3 next to the Pend Oreille River and can be accessed by County Road 9305. This campground is equipped with tent/trailer sites, a big picnic shelter area, fresh water, interpretive trail.

Bathrooms, freshwater and bear proof garbage cans are avaliable. A nice interprative center is also located inside the campground near the river. Campsites are mostly private and are close to facilities.

Fees: $16 (2011)

Restrictions: 32-foot maximum RV or trailer length.

Directions: From Newport at the intersection of Hwy 2 and SR 20 go 0.75 mile east on 20 to CR 9305(LeClerc Road), then 2 miles north to the site.
