About: Bellaire Lake Campground is located in the lovely and popular Red Feather Lakes region. The campground is within walking distance of the lake via a wheelchair accessible boardwalk. The area is comprised of a pine forest, unique rock formations and views of the mountains. Fishing is available at Bellaire Lake and nearby Dowdy and West Lakes. Facilities provided include restrooms and drinking water near each restroom. Each site contains a tent pad, fire grate, and picnic table. Popular activities include fishing and hiking. Single sites, double sites and triple sites are available. Electrical hookups are available at some sites.

Fees: $18 non-electric site; $23 single electric site; $46 double electric site; $69 triple electric site. (A $5 fee for electrical service is included in price and is not subject to discounts.) Fees are half-price when water is off. (2011)

Restrictions: A single site may hold up to eight people. Double and triple sites will accommodate more people. Tents must fit on the pads provided. RVs, trailers or other vehicles must fit on the parking spur because driving or parking off road is not permitted. The parking length ranges from 30 to 75 feet. Call the local ranger district office for site-specific measurements.

Directions: Drive 21 miles north of Fort Collins on U.S. Highway 287. Turn left (west) onto Red Feather Lakes Road (County Road 74E). Drive 24 miles to County Road 162. Turn left (south) and travel roughly 2.5 miles to the campground entrance, located on the west side of the road.
