Directions:
From East Wichita:
Take Rock Road south to Mulvane. Turn on to K-15 and continue south until you reach Hwy. 77. Follow Hwy. 77 through Winfield and around Arkansas City. First Council Casino is directly south of the state line on Hwy. 77.

From West Wichita:
Take I-235 south to I-35, also known as the Kansas Turnpike. Drive south on I-35 to Hwy. 166 (the last exit in Kansas). Head east to Arkansas City. Turn south at the first stop light. Continue south on this street as it turns into Hwy. 77. First Council Casino is directly south of the state line on Hwy. 77.
