Plenty of shade, full hookups and minutes from town. Quiet and close to the Industrial Park, Weyerhauser, Kior, etc. Nearby is Starkville, home of MS State University Bulldogs and Tuscaloosa, home of Univerity of Alabama Crimson Tide.
