Centrally located on the McKenzie River between Carmen Reservoir and Koosah Falls, diverse and beautiful scenery abounds at this site. Its cliff-top location offers higher elevation views of the river and the reservoir. Ice Cap Creek runs along the eastern edge of the campground.

Directions: From McKenzie Bridge, take Highway 126 east approximately 17.3 miles. Turn left at the Ice Cap Campground/Koosah Falls sign. Follows signs to the campground.

Adjacent to one of the most beautiful hikes in Oregon
This is a smaller and less-busy campground than others in the area. The Camp is right next to Koosah-Sahalie falls loop which is one of the most beautiful hikes anywhere.
