This campground is next to Wickiup Reservoir and provides great bird watching opportunities. This site offers beautiful scenery and is the place to go during the summer due to easy access for fishing.

Fishing in the reservoir is excellent. Late in the summer, irrigation draw-downs can lower the level of the reservoir by about half, but the fishing stays pretty good. There is a boat launch area adjacent to this campground.

Reservoir Campground is located on south/westside of Wickiup Reservoir and is heavily used in the spring for fishing. Launching a boat from this site is limited to when the water level is high.

Fees: Per night, per site fee: $10/first vehicle, $5/each additional vehicle. (2011)

Restrictions Maximum site spur length is 30 feet.

RV Camping: The site will accommodate RV’s but the access road is gravel and could be a little rough.

Directions: From Bend, travel about 58 miles southwest on Cascade Lakes Hwy (46), then 2 miles east on Forest Road 44.
