About: The campground is considered "primitive," designed to furnish only the basic needs of the camper. The campsites consist of a cleared area, fire ring, and table. In addition, vault toilets, garbage cans, and drinking water are available.
All sites are on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee.
The campground features nature trails and 13 camps sites along Coon Creek, a designated trout lake.
Directions: From Effie take State Hwy. 1 (E) 11 mi. to Bass Lake Rd.; turn right (S) approx. 2 mi. to junction; turn right (W) 1 mi.
