About: Activities include picnicking; camping; fishing; hiking; nature study; and a 9-hole golf course (the only staff-operated course in the Texas State Park System.)

Facilities include restrooms with showers; picnic sites (including a group picnic area, with 4 tables); campsites with water and electricity; campsites with water, electricity, and sewer; 1.5 miles of hiking trails; a recreation hall with restrooms without showers, a patio, a picnic area, playground equipment, and a kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator available, (day-use capacity 75, overnight-use capacity 75); and a swimming pool (the pool will be open for the 2009 season), with individual and family seasonal passes available. The golf course offers daily, weekend, and holiday rates; annual individual and family passes; and carts for rent; there is a trail fee for private golf carts. Don't forget to visit the Texas State Park Store.

Wildlife includes deer, coyote, bobcat, fox, raccoon, opossum, armadillo, nutria, rabbit, squirrel, many varieties of birds, and several types of snakes, including rattlesnake and coral snake. Favorite catches in Clear Fork Creek are bass, catfish, and sunfish.
