Monument Lake Resort is a 350-acre resort. The 100-acre lake is stocked with browns, cutthroats, rainbows, kokanee salmon, and splake. The resort is located on Highway 12 (Highway of Legends) 37 miles west of Trinidad, Colorado.

Facilities
Cabins: Newly renovated adobe cabins offer different options: one queen bed, one queen and one bunkbed, or one queen and one futon. Air-mattresses are available. All 13 cabins have bathrooms with showers. All cabins have indoor fireplaces and outdoor firepits. Laundry facilities are provided for all our cabin guests.

Camping: Camping and RV spaces among the pines have picnic tables, fire pits, and individual parking.
