Today, the land and the river attract visitors to Robertsville State Park. The 1,225-acre park features a variety of outdoor activities for visitors of all ages, including canoeing and fishing in the adjoining Meramec River. The shaded picnic area near the boat launch offers views of the Meramec and the surrounding scenic bluffs. Located near the entrance to the park, the large day-use area features two picnic shelters that are available for group reservation, several individual picnic sites and a playground.
Robertsville State Park offers 12 basic and 15 electric campsites, a variety of which are reservable. Fees for first-come, first-served campers are collected at the campsite daily after 3 p.m.; firewood is available from the fee collector.
The campground is open March through November. Showers, laundry and a dump station are available during the on-season (April through October). Campers planning to carry in firewood must comply with current firewood advisories. Reservations can be made for stays during the on-season. For reservations, there is a required two-night minimum stay for weekends.
