Your hosts, Jack and Shirley Harrison, invite you to stay awhile in the great northwoods. Here at the campgrounds you can sit back, relax, and just enjoy the many beautiful things around you.
Here at Presque Isle Campgrounds, there are a total of 24 sites for you to choose from ranging from lakefront sites to some off water more secluded sites. We also have seasonal sites available.
We are located on gorgeous Stateline Lake which gets its name from being located on the Michigan/Wisconsin state border. On Stateline lake your hook and leader could get you a prize Musky, Pike, Bass, Walleye, Bluegill or Crappie. Whether you are a skilled fisherman or a first-timer, you are sure to bag the big one! For your convenience, there is a fish cleaning house where you can take care of all of your fish cleaning needs.
We also have a centrally located shower house with flush toilets and hot showers at no extra charge. There are also (2) sets of outdoor toilets located on the grounds.
There are nine piers along 1500′ of lake frontage for your fishing pleasure. If you have your own boat you may launch it at our private boat launch and park your boat at a pier nearest your camp site.
There is also a sand swimming beach, complete with swim raft, to help you cool down on those hot summer days.
Pets are always welcome at Presque Isle Campgrounds but they must be kept on a leash at all times and must be cleaned up after.
In the area you will find the largest Walleye rearing pond in the state as well as many museums, shops, restaurants and sport centers, all for your sight seeing and shopping pleasure.
