Directions: From US-31: Take Exit 149 toward W Polk Rd. Turn right onto W Polk Rd. Turn left onto N 56th Ave. Turn right onto 4th St/W Fox Rd. Continue to follow W Fox Rd. Turn left onto N 34th Avenue. Slight right onto W Hazel Rd. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Silver Lake Rd. Entrance is on the left.
