About: This property is nestled in the Sierra Foothills of Tuolumne County on Lake Don Pedro. The lake is the fourth largest lake in Northern California, with spectacular views of the snow-capped mountain range. This opportunity is approximately 125 miles from San Francisco, 90 miles from Sacramento and Oakland, and 35 miles from Modesto, giving this development of brief travel time less then two hours on the road from all bay area points. It is found on Highway 132, within 35 miles of the University of California at Merced.
