About: Welcome to Raccoon Holler Campground! We are family owned and operated, and are located just off the Blue Ridge Parkway between mileposts 257 and 258. Nestled in the beautiful mountains of Appalachia, ours is the perfect escape from the often frantic pace of daily life.

Here, just outside of Glendale Springs, the views are breathtaking, the sites are cool and shaded, and every moment is a memory in the making. Whether you camp in an RV, a 5th wheel, or a tent, you will be made to feel like a member of our family at Raccoon Holler.

Directions: We are located between Mileposts 257 and 258 on the Blue Ridge Parkway in the northwest corner of North Carolina. From jct Blue Ridge Parkway (MP 257 3/4) and CR 1630: Go 1/4 mile W on CR 1630. Entrance on right.

* Please note that anyone approaching from the south on Hwy 16 should disregard the 'road closed' signs at Hwy 163. The road is open all the way to Raccoon Holler Campground.
