Short pads, water available only by dragging 100' hose to your site. Terribly smelly pit toilets, house keeping inside is terrible. Shallow well water is marginal for drinking. No dump station, some sites somewhat inaccessable to larger rigs. Many tasteless nick-nacks scattered around the grounds. Excessive alcohol use on the grounds, permitted and participated in by caretakers. Swimming at own risk only. Boat ramp very poor condition. Parking for extra veh'l is at a premium.
The $15 camping fees made these problems easier to over look, with the drastic fee increase ($28-$22/nite). Needs a total rebuild. ...
