About: American Heritage Campground is a park, not a parking lot. The American Heritage Campground is said by many to be "one of the nicest parks they've seen". Camp in a 25 acre forest of Douglas firs. Campsites are spacious and secluded. Some are in an open grassy area. Hookups include electric, water, & sewer. Tents can have a site with or without hookups. All campsites have a picnic table and campfire area. There is one cozy camping cabin.
