Bad Business at KOA Pigeon Forge
My family recently had a very disturbing experience with Heather Kelch and her KOA campground staff. It seems that we were coerced into staying just long enough the morning after our stay so that we would have to pay for a second night. And, when patrons attempt to address their concerns with any of the employees or the owner/operator, Ms. Kelch, they are treated rudely, and even hung up on. Please do not fall victim to the Kelch's questionable business tactics. Do your family a favor and stay anywhere but the KOA in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. ...
