About: Waterway RV Resort is an annual campground with limited transient spaces. We provide water, cable, sewer, 30 & 50 amp service, trash pick-up and lawn service. Waterway is located on the Intercoastal Waterway in Cedar Point, North Carolina. Local attractions include fishing piers, water activites, an aquarium, local historical museums, and boating access.
