Pelican Point is a 36-acre tract of land adjacent to the Missouri River. This area has a picnic shelter and primitive camping. Pelican Point is for those who want to get to nature and away from the crowds.

It features a boat ramp for access to the Missouri River. Summit Lake State Recreation Area is nearby.
