About: Colloquially referred to as "Sammy Gill", San Miguel is 108 acres of rolling land, 1.5 miles of shoreline, and is beautiful! They offer tent camping, RV hookups (overnight or by the month), and fully furnished A-frame and conventional cabins. There are swimming and playground areas and lots of places for an enjoyable picnic. In addition to a paved boat launch, they also have covered boat stalls.

Directions:
From La 6 and La 191(Toledo Town): Take La 191 North 3.4 miles to La 1215. Turn left; go 3.6 miles to crossroad (Shell station). Turn right onto Carters Ferry Rd; go 2.5 miles to San Miguel Rd. Turn left onto San Miguel Rd.; go 0.3 miles to entrance; sign says "Sammy Gill Park" Site 7A.

From Zwolle, La.: Take La 475 out of town to junction with La 191. Turn left (South) onto La 191; go 3 miles to Carters Ferry Rd. Turn right onto Carters Ferry Rd; go 0.3 miles to park entrance.
