About: Holiday Cove is perfectly located in Cortez, a small fishing village just west and a bit south of Bradenton. The resort is conveniently located on Cortez Road, just ¾ mile to the white sands of Bradenton Beach. And our on-site marina is just a ¼ mile by canal to Sarasota Bay.

Directions:
North or South on I-75: Take I-75 to exit 217, State Road 70. Follow SR 70/Oneco Road/53rd Avenue to right at 75th Street (at round about) and left on Cortez Road. Resort is about 2.5 miles on the right.

From Tampa: Head south approx. 38 miles on I-275 towards bradenton. Exit at US-19 and head south to Cortez Road. Head West on Cortez Road approx. 4.5 miles. We are just before the Bradenton Beach bridge on your right.

From St. Pete: Head south approx. 16 miles on I-275 towards bradenton. Exit at US-19 and head south to Cortez Road. Head West on Cortez Road approx. 4.5 miles. We are just before the Bradenton Beach bridge on your right.

From Sarasota: Head north on US 41 towards Bradenton. Head West on Cortez Road approx. 4.5 miles. We are just before the Bradenton Beach bridge on your right.
