Independently owned and operated RV Park, open year round, with a kind, courteous staff. Our RV Park is situated on 20 acres, with open sites. Horse and pet friendly, we also have a creek for your viewing enjoyment.

Located off of Rt. 160 only 5 miles from the town of Pagosa Springs, Colorado. The park is approximately 45 miles from Durango, famous for the Durango-Silverton narrow gauge railroad, and only 23 miles from Wolf Creek Pass and Wolf Creek Ski area, in the spectacular San Juan National Forest, and less then a mile from the Parelli Ranch. We are an ideal place for families and horse lovers. Our bathrooms are modern and very clean with hot showers. For your convenience, we also have laundry facilities and LP gas on the grounds.
