From Interstate 25
Take exit 269 B and head west on Colorado Highway 14 into Fort Collins. Follow the signs to U.S. Highway 287 north (about ten minutes). Now get into the very first left-hand turning lane that you come to, which is about 1/2 mile down Taft Hill Road (CR 19). Turn left onto Lakeside Resort Lane and follow the concrete driveway straight through the gate.
Take U.S. Highway 287 south approximately 55 miles. You will pass the Fort Collins Poudre Canyon KOA on your left at this point, and you will also see a Conoco station on your right. Owner has violent temper and verbally abusive towards women
This could be a nice place EXCEPT for unprofessional senior management. The senior owner has serious rage issues, and he was threatening and verbally abusive towards my wife. All she did was ask why guess fees for day-use of playground were so high. The owner simply lost control, shouting insults at my wife as she retreated from the campground office. We recommend that unaccompanied women do not enter office if senior owner is present. We'll never go back.
