Located in a suburb adjacent to Denver, Colorado the Prospect RV Park is open year round. Though located next to a major metropolitan city, the R.V. Park is adjacent to open space with lake fishing, hiking, biking, and playground equipment. They are located on the bus route to downtown Denver and all of its attractions, and just 3 blocks from the bus pick up for the Central City/Black Hawk gambling center.

Facilities
They are a full service RV Park consisting of 70 sites. They have 47 full hook up sites (26 of which are pull thrus), and 23 sites with water and 30 amp electricity

Amenities
They have a full service laundry and pay telephones. They have private bathroom and shower facilities. The dump station is provided free of charge for our residents.
They provide broadband wireless internet service and have a telephone line available for dial-up modems.
And for your pets, we have a pet walk that leads to 250 acres of open space and habitat garden.

Directions
From I-70 westbound, take Exit 266, then south on Ward Road. Turn left (east) on 44th Avenue for 6 blocks. RV Park is on the right.

From I-70 eastbound, take Exit 266, then left on 44th Avenue for 6 blocks. RV Park is on the right.

From I-25 northbound, take C-470 to I-70 eastbound to avoid all the downtown traffic. Take Exit 266, then left on 44th Avenue for 6 blocks. RV Park is on the right.

From I-25 southbound, take I-76 westbound to I-70 westbound. Take Exit 266, then south on Ward Road. Turn left (east) on 44th Avenue for 6 blocks. RV Park is on the right.
