About: Sweetwater Regional Park is better than ever, with transformative improvements that include 63 new campsites with full RV hookups at the Summit Site. Other improvements include a campground amphitheater, a 2,000-square-foot community room that overlooks the Sweetwater Reservoir, and new playgrounds. At the Eastview Local Park there is a new aquatic park for kids with colorful water features, a 60-foot picnic pavilion, four 16-foot pavilions, a 13-station exercise course, and new restrooms.
Directions: From Interstate 805 South exit Bonita Rd (Exit 7C). Head east to San Miguel Road. Continue approximately 2 miles and turn left on Summit Meadow Road.
