About: Welcome to North Shore Campground, an RV park and campground offering a unique combination of the best Lake Almanor has to offer. We have over one mile of shoreline on Lake Almanor. The park has been carefully designed to complement the stunning natural beauty of the setting. Most of our sites are lake front or lake view, and many are shaded by mature pine and fir trees.

Directions:
From the Bay Area: Take I-5 North. In Red Bluff (130 miles north of Sacramento), take the CA-36 East/CA-99 S exit toward central Red Bluff. After 2 miles, turn left to continue on CA-36 toward Chester (do NOT continue on CA-99). Drive through Chester. North Shore Campground is 2 miles east of Chester on CA-36.
From Reno: Take US-395 North toward Susanville. Drive through Susanville on CA-36. North Shore Campground is off of CA-36, approximately 32 miles from Susanville. (If you get to Chester, you have gone 2 miles too far).
